The initial session will be about 90 minutes. Each session after that will be 60 minutes. How much time you'll need for your practice at home depends on your needs and time requirements. A yoga therapy practice is specific so it's much shorter than a yoga class, it could be 5 minutes or 20.
I do not as most medical insurance does not cover yoga therapy services at this time. You may be able to use your HSA/FSA to pay for yoga therapy.
