Yoga therapy is an ancient healing system rooted in the Patanjali yoga tradition and ayurvedic health system to help manage and reduce symptoms of specific conditions. Yoga therapy helps to empower an individual to create positive change in their life while improving their health and wellbeing.
I work one-on-one with you to holistically assess, evaluate, and determine specific yoga tools/techniques to address your unique needs. As you evolve, your yoga therapy practice may also evolve to continue to address your physical, energetic, emotional and spiritual needs. Together, you and I will work to create an intentional, therapeutic experience. No previous yoga experience is necessary since the process is highly individualized and unique to each client.
